This site publishes a catalogue of twelve skincare and home-care products across four groups — creams and balms, facial and body oils, cleansers, and home care sets — with the ingredients each is mixed in, its container size, and a plain description of how it behaves on skin. It also carries a supply calculator, an inquiry form, and a support chat.

This site does not provide medical or dermatological advice, does not diagnose a skin condition, and does not replace a conversation with a physician about anything beyond ordinary daily skincare. If a product description raises a concern about an allergy or a medical condition, ask us before you use anything, and ask your doctor too.

Velaxmora does not run a cart or a checkout. Nothing on this site can be paid for here, and no figure shown on a product page, on the supply calculator, or anywhere else is a binding quote. When you submit the inquiry form, we receive your details and your question and reply by phone or email to discuss what you are considering, confirm what is available, and, if you want to proceed, agree a price and delivery directly with you.

An order exists only once we have confirmed it back to you in that conversation — never automatically, and never from the form submission alone.

Each product on this site carries a price basis rather than a listed price: for example, per jar, per tube, per bottle, per box, per pouch or per tray, always quoted by inquiry and always in USD. What we quote you depends on the specific item, the quantity, and delivery to your address. A figure discussed in a call or email is good for that conversation; it is not held indefinitely and is not a contract until both sides agree it.

You agree not to submit false contact details to the inquiry form or the chat widget, not to use either to send unsolicited advertising of your own, not to attempt to extract the site's underlying code or database, and not to use any automated tool to scrape the catalogue at a volume that degrades the site for other visitors. We describe each product's ingredients in the order it is mixed and describe its texture and use plainly, but skin reacts differently from one person to the next, and we do not warrant that any product will suit a particular skin type or condition. The supply calculator returns an estimate of days of supply and a reorder date from the numbers you enter; it is arithmetic, not a medical dosing tool, and we do not warrant that the result matches how much product you will actually use.

To the extent the law allows, the site, its catalogue and its calculator are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Velaxmora's liability arising from your use of this site, or from any product ordered after an inquiry, is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment of a product or inconvenience from a delayed delivery, except where that limitation cannot lawfully apply.

We may decline an inquiry, including one where a product would plainly be unsuitable for the stated use, and we may withdraw or restrict access to velaxmora.com for anyone who breaches the acceptable use terms above, without that ending any order already confirmed between us.

These terms are governed by the law of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising from them or from an order placed after an inquiry is heard in the courts of Austin, Texas.
